The final structure, volumes, and timelines are always agreed jointly, based on market potential, partner performance, and long-term cooperation objectives.

ELCON Group, powered by EASTFUL, views these models not as transactional mechanisms, but as tools for building sustainable, long-term partnerships across Europe.

Partnership Models

1. Classic Distribution Model (Order-Based)

  Under the classic distribution model, partners place orders based on their commercial needs and project requirements.
 Products are supplied under standard commercial terms, with agreed pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.

This model is ideal for:

  • established distribution channels; 
  • project-based purchasing; 
  • predictable sales volumes; 
  • partners preferring a traditional procurement structure.


2. Consignment-Based Partnership Model

  To further support market expansion and stock availability, EL-CON Group also offers a structured consignment partnership model, designed to reduce financial pressure and accelerate sales cycles.

Within this model:

  • the partner places an initial order under the classic distribution system; 
  • in addition, ELCON Group provides an agreed supplementary quantity on a consignment basis; 
  • the consigned goods remain the property of ELCON Group during the agreed period; 
  • the partner does not pay any advance for the consigned stock; 
  • products are sold on behalf of ELCON Group within a mutually agreed timeframe and commercial framework.
     

This model enables partners to:

  • increase product availability and market presence; 
  • reduce upfront capital exposure; 
  • respond faster to customer demand; 
  • test and develop the market with controlled risk.
