Payment terms, advance payments, and invoicing conditions are defined in the respective commercial agreement, proforma invoice, or contract issued by BOGERALDOS S.R.L.

6. Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery terms, including Incoterms (if applicable), delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements, are specified in the confirmed order or contract.

Risk transfer occurs in accordance with the agreed delivery terms. BOGERALDOS S.R.L. shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Consignment Arrangements

Where applicable, consignment arrangements are governed by separate written agreements.

Goods delivered under consignment remain the property of BOGERALDOS S.R.L. until sold, invoiced, and paid in accordance with the agreed terms. The partner undertakes to store, handle, and report consigned goods in compliance with contractual obligations.
